Office files

Office conversion accepts multipart uploads up to 10 MB. Send the file in a field named file.

Supported formats

.docx, .doc, .xlsx, .xls, .pptx, .ppt, .odt, .ods, .odp, .rtf, .txt, .csv and .html.

Fonts

The rendering image ships with Noto Sans for Latin, Gujarati, Devanagari, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gurmukhi and Oriya. Fonts embedded in the document are also used when LibreOffice can read them.

Known limitations

• Complex macros, embedded OLE objects and some charts may render differently from Microsoft Office.
• Password-protected Office files are rejected. Remove protection before uploading.
• Very large spreadsheets may take longer than the default timeout; raise timeoutMs up to 60s.
