Privacy Policy

PdfPilot24 is operated by WebGrow24 LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Gujarat, India. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

What we do not collect

We do not store the content of the documents you render. HTML, URLs, Markdown, Office files and the generated PDFs are processed in memory and streamed back to you. Request payloads are never written to disk, object storage or the database.

What we do collect

• Account data: name, email address, OAuth provider identifier and avatar URL.
• Billing data: plan, page usage, credit ledger entries and Razorpay identifiers. Card data never touches our servers.
• Request metadata: endpoint, page count, HTTP status, duration, a keyed hash of the client IP, and a request id.
• Operational logs: errors and timing, without document content.

Retention

• Request metadata: 30 days.
• Billing and ledger records: 8 years, as required by Indian tax law.
• Account data: until you delete your workspace, plus the legal minimum for invoices.

Data location

Processing and storage run on WebHost24 infrastructure in Palitana, Gujarat, India. Backups remain in India. We do not transfer document content outside India.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request access, correction, erasure, or a copy of your account data. Write to privacy@pdfpilot24.com. We respond within 30 days.

Sub-processors

Razorpay (payments) and WebHost24 (hosting and database). Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.
