Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PdfPilot24, a service of WebGrow24 LLP. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

We render documents to PDF and provide PDF tooling through an API and dashboard. The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not currently offer a contractual service-level agreement or service credits.

Accounts and keys

• You are responsible for keeping API keys secret and for all usage under them.
• One account per legal entity unless agreed otherwise.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass metering, or violate the acceptable use policy.

Billing

• Prices are in INR and exclusive of GST unless stated.
• Pages are charged on successful renders only.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Downgrades apply at period end.
• Top-up pages are added to your balance and remain available until used. Your monthly plan allowance resets each billing period.
• Refunds are considered case by case within 7 days of a charge.

Availability and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or documents you failed to retain.

Content and responsibility

You are responsible for the documents you generate and for having the right to process any personal data they contain. You must not use the service for unlawful content, forged documents, identity documents, or malware.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may terminate for material breach, non-payment, or abuse. On termination we delete account data except records required for tax compliance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhavnagar, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
