Billing questions

Is GST included?+
No. Prices are exclusive of 18% GST. Write to billing@pdfpilot24.com with your GSTIN for a tax invoice. Export invoices are issued under LUT with zero-rated GST.
What counts as a page?+
Every page of the rendered PDF. A 4-page salary slip uses 4 credits. A request that fails validation or rendering uses 0 credits.
What happens at the limit?+
We return HTTP 402 insufficient_credits before starting the render, so you never get a partial document. Upgrade or buy a top-up pack and retry.
Do top-up pages expire?+
No. Top-up pages are added to your balance and stay there until used. Your monthly plan allowance resets each billing period and does not roll over.
Can I change plans later?+
Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated on the next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, so you keep the pages you already paid for.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Not in v1. Annual contracts with a discount are available from Business upwards — write to sales@pdfpilot24.com.
