Will my layout match Microsoft Word exactly?+
LibreOffice is close but not pixel-identical. Complex charts, embedded OLE objects and unusual fonts may shift. Test your template once before going live.
Can I convert password-protected files?+
No. Remove protection before uploading; the request is rejected for encrypted documents.
Is there a size limit?+
10 MB per upload, and 500 pages per request on the Business plan.
Do you keep the uploaded file?+
No. The file is processed in memory and discarded. Only page count and status are recorded.
